I seem to do a lot of tarts! I’ve been meaning to work on more South-East Asian desserts, like Indonesian layer cake, kuih serimuka, sugared donuts (a favourite of my sister) and other things, but I am still making fruit canes, creams/sauces and ordering more toppings and tools. I will get to them eventually, I hope!
